I recently started working as a secretary at DayOne. Before that I had been working since 2002 as part of the tax team that joined DayOne recently. Previously I worked as a tax secretary at (then) Loyens & Volkmaars. I find it important that everything runs smoothly and is in order. I try to ensure that clients receive the best possible service, that invoicing runs smoothly and that the rules, for example for client identification, are followed practically and correctly. I also pay attention to the people around me.
