About Pien: She works in a structured manner and has a keen eye for the legal and human relationships within a company. She thoroughly immerses herself in cases and knows how to boil complex issues down to their essence, while maintaining a strategic perspective. In addition, she is eager to learn and driven by content, with a broad interest in corporate law and related areas of law.

Background
Pien studied Law at Leiden University. During her studies, she also obtained a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, enriching her legal education with a strong analytical and reflective foundation. During her studies, she gained broad practical experience: she was a legal advisor at a legal aid center, did an internship at a law firm, and completed a research internship at Leiden University. In 2022, she completed a master's degree in Business Law at Leiden University.
She then worked for a year as a lecturer in Corporate Law at Leiden University. She has been working as a lawyer since June 2023. In her practice, she focuses on corporate and contract law, advising and litigating in a wide range of civil law matters.
