Shireen Lander
Shireen Lander completed her bachelor's degree in law and is currently in the completion phase of the master's degree in Labor Law at Leiden University.
How does Shireen works
During her studies, she was active at the faculty association J.F.V. Grotius, where she served a year on the board and was involved in various committees. During her master's she was also active with the labor law master's association Sine Labore Nihil, where she was part of the conference committee.
She gained practical experience as a working student at an employment law firm in Amsterdam, followed by two years as a legal secretary at a law firm in The Hague. Since May 15, 2025, Shireen started as a Paralegal at DayOne, where she provides support within the firm's broad entrepreneurial practice. She has a preference for employment law, but enjoys focusing on a variety of issues within her work. In doing so, she rotates in the advisory and litigation practice.
